This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and your choices. It covers the website and enquiries sent through it, not data that businesses keep about their own clients in Nestwell.
What we collect
- Enquiries: the details you type into our forms (name, email, phone, business, city, message) and whether you want product news.
- Visit information: pages viewed, the page you arrived on, the website or campaign that sent you, and your type of device and browser. Without your consent this is anonymous. With your consent a random identifier links your visits.
- Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address to block spam and abuse. We do not store the address itself.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo (to take steps at your request).
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website (with your consent for identifiers and Google Analytics).
- To send product news, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Visit information is deleted after about 13 months. Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, under the laws that apply to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, in the UK and EU, the GDPR.
