Full classes, fair waitlists, happy regulars

Build a timetable once and Nestwell keeps the sessions created weeks ahead, fills open seats from the waitlist automatically and keeps your regulars' spots booked.

Problems it solves

Overbooked classes and angry members at the door.

Seats are taken atomically: when three people book the last spot at once, one gets it and two join the waitlist.

Staff manually phoning people on the waitlist.

When a seat opens, the next person with a valid package is booked automatically, until a cut-off you choose.

Regulars forgetting to rebook every week.

Standing bookings keep a regular booked two weeks ahead with their own package, and pause (never silently drop) when credits run out.

What you get

Recurring timetables

Weekly or every few weeks, ending on a date, after a number of sessions or never, in the location's timezone.

Instructors and rooms

A lead and assistants, substitutes for a single session, and room clashes checked against appointments too.

Enrol with packages

The best package is picked automatically (soonest expiry first), and the credit is used at check-in.

Late cancellation and no-show rules

Separate class rules per location, saved on each booking.

Roster and check-in

Check in everyone at once, undo a check-in, mark no-shows, and export the roster to a spreadsheet.

Class reports

Fill rate, attendance, no-shows, late cancellations and waitlist demand by class, instructor and day.

Questions

What happens when a class is cancelled?

Everyone booked or waiting is released and their credits are returned. It never counts as a late cancellation.

Can a member book a class for their child?

Yes. Account holders can book dependents, using a family-shared package.
